We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ted Baker purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like earrings and swimwear are only returnable if the protective seal is intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

  Label and Post

  Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
